Abstract
The hip joint is one of the most important joints of the body from a functional point of view. Diagnosing hip joint pathologies is not always easy. Manual Medicine methods are very important in terms of both diagnosis and treatment of hip region problems. Unlike the shoulder joint, intra-articular problems are more prominent in the hip. Therefore, intra-articular injections have an important place in the treatment. At this point, the problem reaches into the joint with the needle. For this purpose, ultrasound guidance has been preferred a lot in recent years. In this talk, the rationale for the combined use of ultrasound-guided injections and manual medicine methods in the hip joint was discussed.
