Welcome to Potsdam!
On behalf of the International Federation for Manual/Musculoskeletal Medicine FIMM and the German Society for Manual Medicine DGMM it is my great pleasure and opportunity to extend a word of welcome to all those who intend to come and participate at the 15th FIMM International Scientific Conference in Potsdam, Germany.
At this Conference we wish to emphasize the relationship between biomechanics, neurophysiology, and the development of chronic musculoskeletal pain.
Based on the latest developments, we want to inform you about new aspects of articular biomechanics (especially during manual techniques of segmental dysfunction) and the neurophysiology of musculoskeletal pain.
The Conference shall provide mutual discussion between schools based on solid scientific work, thereby reflecting the interest and commitment of practitioners of Manual/Musculoskeletal Medicine, and FIMM as an international Federation of different international schools, and all scientists concerned with basic research and evidence based studies in relation to Manual and Musculoskeletal Medicine.
We hope you will join this International Scientific Conference of FIMM and we ask you to consider submitting a paper, a workshop or a poster for the program.
